There is this incredible Urethral Probe available. It is 10mm(3/8 inch) in diameter and 17 inches long, it is a flexible tube with a tiny vibrator at the end.

anybody know any info about the item, where to get one etc

I have never seen this item advertised in online vendor sites.

You should be aware, however, that 3/8" might be too wide for you to start stretching your urethra. You have to start with something that barely fits -- not something that doesn't fit at all. I think that .25" may be the max diameter of a normal men's urethra before stretching. Unfortunately, I don't know how to measure this, without already having a graduated set of sounds that can be used for testing what fits, and what doesn't.

I'm always amazed that sites that sell these things don't ever explain this potential problem -- and people actually pay good money for something they won't be able to use.
