No, never, ever, not even once after >55 years of enjoying enemas from 2-2.5 quarts up to my current usual of 4 quarts to even my one single fully 5 quart enema as a semi-accidental experiment. Also, never any nausea, vomiting, stuffy or runny nose or hiccups. I’m a retired US MD, but had not heard of Sexually-Induced Sneezing or Sex Sneeze until reading an earlier comment in this thread from 2014. Still never happened to me during any sexual or enema/colonic stimulation.
However, there is a well-documented possibly related neurological reflex which I very definitely DO have pretty frequently which VERY STRONGLY, almost irresistibly, causes you to sneeze when suddenly seeing a bright light, most usually bright sunshine as you walk outside from inside into the sun. Or even if you take your very dark sunglasses off suddenly in bright sunlight. It’s called the “Photic Sneeze Reflex,” or sometimes the Autosomal Dominant Compelling Helio-Ophthalmic Outburst (ACHOO) syndrome:

I discovered I had it before I became a teenager, and frankly find it quite pleasant. I usually sneeze my routine average sneeze caused for any given reason including ACHOO at least three times in quick succession, and as I’ve aged it’s now moved up to usually 4 in a row, even occasionally 5 in a row. Fortunately as I mentioned they feel very pleasant but I need to seriously cover my face as soon as the first one is coming on, because they’re all extremely strong and can eject my nasal fluids both widely and far!
In fact, I find the sneezes very pleasant but feeling one build up but not complete a sneeze or stifling one or more very UNpleasant. So if I feel a first sneeze building up behind my nose but not yet strong enough and guaranteed to fire, I often quickly go find a very bright lamp or stick my head outside to use ACHOO to let the bright light push the first one into firing. It works every time.
Even though a very brilliant Ivy League ex-GF of mine in college told me that “sneezes are just like having a nasal orgasm!” (I completely agreed), I’m glad I don’t sneeze during enemas or colonics.. My regular type of enema-induced pelvic/penile orgasms are just fine with me and somewhat more predictable.
