Hi everybody,

I'd love to learn about a very basic question which is not solved definitely:

Is the Stethoscope and Heartbeat Fetish a sexual one or not?

According to my own experience, it is definitely a sexual fetish.

But sometimes however, people were completely upset when I told them that for me, it's a sexual fetish. People even stopped contact with me then. So, I often do not dare to disclose, that it's sexual.

For me, it's sexual because it has to do with women's body, her breasts, with rubber (steth tubes, I'm a bit of a rubber fetishist, too), with the intimacy of heartbeat, which reveals unconciously sexual arousal; perhabs, the stethoscope is also sybolic for the penis, because it kind of "penetrates" the woman's body ? And there are certainly more reasons...

Anyway, I'like to hear about your opinions whether it's sexual or asexual ! Thank you.

In a play exam it's definitely sexual. If I'm in the patient role, me being stripped down to my boxers and having my partner moving a cold stethoscope close and slowly over my bare skin to listen to me as she asks me to take deep breaths in and out or lying on the bed as she comes over me to listen to me. Ditto when I'm in the doctor role and she's down to her underwear and I'm listening all over to her heart beating fast, her breaths and the sounds in her belly.

My stethoscope fetish started in the 6th grade physicals. The examining physician was a woman(looking back I would say she was in her early fifties). The examination was very brief. She just looked. I pulled up my pants and that was it. With the stethoscope still dangling from her ears, and a slight smile on her face, she patted my arm and said everything was fine. I had passed my first school physical!!! My 6th grade teacher told us that the cuff on our arms was for measuring blood pressure. Mystery solved. Something more to look forward to. This doctor examined me for the remainder of my school years. Yes, that lead to another fetish. Female physicians.
