Being trained by a sex trainer in a sex academy setting, with anal training being one of the modules.
He would make me lie across his lap, and insert a thick finger into my bottomhole (lubed of course), testing the tone and elasticity of the muscle. The goal is to train me to have great control over my anus, strong tone, yet be comfortable with submitting to the discomfort of taking slightly larger insertions (not extreme).
He would have me do a series of clenches on his finger, sets of ”clench and release”, ensuring that I clench hard and not weaken towards the end of the set. It could be anywhere from 20 to 100 clenches per set. Slow and controlled. He may also have me do rapid pulses - this gets tiring very quickly and takes mental concentration as well.
Then a series of longer held clenches to train endurance (10 seconds per squeeze, building up to a count of 30). My bottomhole may feel tired but he would be strict yet encouraging, reminding me to squeeze harder if he felt that my muscle was not clenching as tight anymore, especially towards the end of the count.
After, a series of insertions with his finger, while relaxed/pushing out/clenched, to understand the different sensations. Such as: relaxing my anal muscle while being penetrated allows me to fully revel in my submission, being passive yet receptive to my trainer’s methods. Pushing out opens the inner sphincter, and creates a sort of tunnel of less resistance, opening my hole to being penetrated - this actively aids being penetrated, and is active submission of the anus. Clenching tight while his finger thrusts in and out will create friction and therefore warmth in my anal ring - this is the most challenging as it’s in a way “fighting” penetration, however it emphasises the fact that during this training session, my anal hole will be strictly worked over despite whatever resistance it gives.
That’s just the warm up. He’d then have me repeat all of the above with 2 of his thick fingers in my bottomhole (again, well lubed. The point is to train the muscle with care). By this time, my anal muscle would feel quite tired, which is when the stretching comes into play. He would insert both his index fingers, and slightly pull them apart, stretching my hole open gently.
When he feels that I’ve stopped resisting, and am submitting to his ministrations (relaxing into the stretch), he would again have me repeat a series of clenching exercises, with my hole being stretched open by his fingers. It’s a different sensation to be trying to tense the muscle while it’s being held open by an opposing force.
For advanced endurance training, he would fuck me with a dildo while I lay over his lap. This gives him greater control over my body and squirminess. I would have to lay still, and take a series of insertions of the dildo, again while pushed out, relaxed and clenched (in order of difficulty). Eg 50 in and outs for each position of the muscle. He may choose to do it in a slow and controlled manner which helps to train muscle tone. Or he may thrust the dildo vigorously, which intensifies the sensations. Or he may choose to do both, a true exercise in endurance.
At the end of the session, my bottomhole would feel well used, sore (but not in bad pain), and exhausted from the extensive training. That‘s how we’d know that the session was done well. He may set me homework to do before the next session, but we know that it’s best to be supervised so he can ensure that I’m giving 100% ie the frequency of training sessions should increase, with shorter time in between.
If I haven’t done my homework, or he feels that I haven’t committed full effort during a session (eg if my clenches or push outs aren’t as strong as they should be) he may intensify it with an anal punishment, such as fucking my bottomhole with soapy fingers, or a soap-lubed dildo. The burny sensation from the soap would definitely be very ouchie. But that’s just for naughty girls and we want to avoid that as much as possible.
And throughout the session, he would be strict yet encouraging, and constantly remind me that this training is exactly what I need, and that it’s good for me. He would tell me that he knows it’s challenging, but I have to submit to his bottomhole training. He would push me to do my best and be a good girl for him.
