Well, here I go again. It's Saturday, my hubby is off doing his thing, I've done the grocery shopping, I've got the laundry caught up, and all of the other household chores are just going to have to wait a day. I'm choosing to take this day for me and spend it engaged in my favorite hobby. I'm going to do my enema-an-hour thing again!
Just before eight o'clock I got out my four-quart clear silicone bag with silicone colon tube and filled it with cool tap water. In winter our tap water is bitingly cold, but now at mid-summer it comes out of the tap just pleasantly cool. It will be 102*F here in north Central Arizona today, and cool water seems like a good choice.
I filled the bag, hung it on the I.V. pole, and using Crisco for a lubricant worked the colon tube up into me. At exactly 8 o'clock I opened the clamp and slowly took four quarts.
I did experience some cramping, in fact briefly some severe cramping, which I have learned is almost always the result of gas up in my intestine. But I was able to get all 4 quarts in. Because I had done my routine little colon cleanout when I first got up, there wasn't very much but water and gas up there when I let it out.
So now I'm sitting here at my desk typing this report for my kinky buddies at Zity, and awaiting the clock to show me that it is nine o'clock and time for my next enema-on-the-hour.
In previous times that I have done this and posted here about it I was using a 2 quart bag. This time I'm going to do all “biggies” as I call them, all 4 quart enemas. While my day’s schedule does allow me the luxury of aiming for doing this for 12 consecutive hours as I have done previously with 2 quart enemas, I'm not sure that I will be able to tolerate that many biggies. I'll be cautious, I'll keep my electrolyte balance up with oral supplements, and I'll listen to my body and stop if it says stop. I am an old hand at this, and I won't hurt myself.
I'll do my best to post here after each enema; I hope someone somewhere has the luxury of joining me each hour, and if so please post your experiences here in this thread.
Hugs,
Diane
