I totally agree with all the above posters. God knows I tend to be a bit soap-boxish more often than I should, and more often than I have the right to. However I along with most others here only seem to cross that "polite" line when someone crosses a line of "real value".
We meaning the moderation team have been knocked around pretty hard, especially lately, because many feel that we moderate with a heavy foot so to speak. That maybe we over moderate to some degree. While I will admit that we in fact may sometimes, I will also admit that no one can be right 100 percent of the time. We do our best to stay on top of all things concerning this site.
This world is hard enough as it is, even when everyone gets along and plays nice with each other. Everyone needs a place to call home, feel comfortable, feel welcome and be loved. A place where they can be who they really are without fear of being bullied, hated, scared or alone. This is the place.
Webby has done a fine job at picking his team. We are all highly educated, smart and well diversed people. While there are different mods who take care of certain sections more than others because that's where their kink is, when a decision has to be made we come together, all of us, as a team and make a decision. Webby naturally has the last word and is the final decision, but he also listens to his mods when he needs to. That is one sign of a great leader, one that is able to, and is willing to listen to a team he himself in fact put together.
It is due to Webby first and foremost of course, and next to the moderation team, and then to the fantastic membership that this community has, that allows it to be the best kink site on the net today, and is exactly why we remain open minded, and accepting of others who may not stand eye to eye with us.
