Ok i am going on hour 4 here and (5 wettings) later i still have no wet feeling in my groin area.
Diaper is a bit heavier then before and a slight clumping of material has happend up front. But comfort level is still very high and dryness level is still way high. Im thinking i found a new diaper. Even the abenas as much as they hold i felt a little wetness in them and nowhere near as comfortable to wear this long into them.
But i have noticed that plastic backing on them tends to stretch a little if sitting down and you will need to readjust some after a while if you stand or lay down for your nap. We shall see if they hold out for me to the 8 hours between changes they say it can hold. 3 diaper changes a day sounds fun unless a rash occurs. And i did not apply any cream or powder to help . If i am going to test a diaper i want to make sure that it has anti microbial properties in it (like all diaper companies say theirs do lol)!!!! So for no powder and the diaper feels dry after 5 wettings I would say these diapers are living up to their hype.
A bit expensive at first but if you figure only 3 diaper changes a day one bag alone at 29 dollars will last me a week. I would get 6.6 days out of one bag where as abenas i would need 1 bag and three from another to accomplish this.
So cost is a little different between the two(abenas are cheaper) .
Thickness is allot different Abena being way thicker..
Dryness goes to wellness.
Absorbtion rate is about same for both.
Dry feeling to wearer goes to wellness hands down.
And as far as max soaked diapers goes im still experimenting here kids lol Bladder only fills so quick..
My next post for this will be at hour 8 and final results for them.
