How many women pull down panites while doctor is in the room?

For my smears (I’m a trans guy and still need to go) she’s in the room but can’t see.

There’s curtain she draws around the table to separate it from the rest of the room. Once we’ve had a chat I go behind it and take my underwear and trousers down, and cover up with a drape. She comes in once I say I’m ready and gets me in position.
