ORR's caught my interest also because for me it's so close to home. It's a very interesting story... apparently of all the 5 "nurses" only one of them was medically trained. (She was accused to have nicked narcotics from the hospital she worked for.) According to one source "Dr Steve" (Karsten Schmidt) wasn't an MD; he worked in IT. However according to another he was indeed a plastic surgeon helping out trans-gender men by removing their testicles and the procedures were recorded and shown as "medfet productions. I wish I knew more about this story; I missed it at the time (was too busy being depressed or something lol! How can you miss a story like this?!) Anyway... he was never prosecuted because he died of a heart attack. Fact is, all of his former and especially his future patients were very sorry he died. Whatever he was or did, he clearly provided for a need.

Btw... I hope this background story doesn't spoil it for you... I was quite surprised there was so much more to it than "just" a highly specialized "surgical medfet clinic." It's a shame I can't find out more about it.

There is a huge difference between medical fetishism and medical porn. I do happen to like Stonefox to some degree, but it's actually Dr.Fish that is what makes it for me there, it's the whole older man thing really.

The problem here lies with the fact that the people who are making, producing and usually acting in these so called "productions" do NOT have a real medical fetish, and do not at all even remotely understand what medical fetish is all about.

Two true medical fetishists can talk together on indepth medical issues, equipment, and procedure techniques. To a layman over hearing their conversation, they would probably just automatically assume both were doctors. If two people who liked medical porn were having a conversation it would sound something like this, "Boy, I sure would love to put my stethoscope on her tits." or "I love having the stirrups out wide so she's open wide and I can look in her pussy at eye level". ( I know, bad examples, but I couldn't think of anything else.) They also tend to be the ones that have the longer posts, are usually well written, and make you feel smarter because you have read them. The person who only likes medical porn writes things like, "thanks for the link", or my personal favorite, "u r cool cuz u r." See, big difference there.

I feel safe saying that having and accepting a medical fetish almost becomes a passion, you embrace it, nurture it, and protect it. And in black and white terms, you either have a medical fetish or you don't. It's not a learned behavior, it can't be taught. Yes, you can teach someone the skills, but the psychological passion won't be there, and that's the key element. It isn't possible to turn someone who only likes medical porn into a medical fetishist, but it is possible for a medical fetishist to get excited while looking at medical porn.

But, this has sparked my soap box, and one of my favorites might I add. But it will have to be it's own separate post. Truth is, medical fetishism has many hundreds of layers, facets, dimensions, both physically and mentally speaking. It's actually extremely fascinating after you read all the facts and aspects. Then a little bantering between the men, establishing a clear cut dominance between them, in a nice but somewhat assertive way that Doc was running the show concerning that Rocephin works most effectively in the backside as apposed to the deltoid. Then eventually the patient gets off the table, is asked to lower his pants and to lay over the side of the table and grab the opposite side of the table. Then we are able to watch Doc clean the appropriate area and give the injection. Having the camera in the corner of the room so the angle was wide enough to see not only Doc giving the injection itself, but also the patients reaction as the doc aadministers the medication, unloading the continents of the syringe into his patients fanny.

To be honest with you, I have been toying with the idea of making some medfet films myself because there's barely anything out there and being filmed kinda turns me on too! 😄 The most difficult problem is location though. Ideally I would want a vintage medical room to shoot in with a real MD, proper lighting, cameraman doing the filming and me directing etc but that's just not realistic right now lol! Getting good close ups of all the medical stuff is important as well as the expressions of the "actors". I'm hesitant to say actors, because realism is indeed the most important thing. More important than anything else!

That might be the biggest challenge for a director; to get the images you want but not interrupting the play and to stage as little as possible. Definitely no memorized dialogs! I have watched a lot of documentaries on BehindKink.com (you can watch them for free) that I find much more interesting than the final product. The camera guy gets so close to those girls it must be quite annoying and disturbing. However with a 'fly on the wall approach' you don't get your close ups. There's much difference with directors too. Some stage every move while others just 'capture the scene' without interrupting.

What if it would be done in a hotel room? Would that spoil everything or is location not as important as long as the people are genuine fetishists? Then you should be looking for vids by the old ORR team and now by the Opander site - these last are not strictly surgery, but they are apparently very realistic with lots of intubated patients or patients hooked up to all manner of monitoring devices ... no sex at all, just a (half) naked body and emergency medical procedures being carried out.

Not really. My preference in medfet is just to read news stories (and view lots of related pics in each story, I hope) about young women who, as patients, have had to wear masks (of course, we all have had to during COVID, presumably).
