Exam position

The position that I surely prefer to belly under, if I am me the patient...on the gynecological chair if I am the doctor...but also to belly under V.V

In my opinion the best position is the diaper position other than that doggy style or hands and knees is also a pretty good postion for spreading your bum so that your anus is easlily excessible.

In europe the most popular is on leg rest, stirrups are rare. In my opinion this position is the best and most comfortable for patien(according to my grilfriend)

I have only seen stirups at the Dr.'s office.

I've only been in the foot stirrups for my exams, but the knee rest type looking very intriguing, something i'd love to experience at my annual.

I really like comfortable bondage positions: ways to restrain my patient, without her feeling discomfort after some minutes of play. I use spreader bars, and rope bondage, with rope cuffs on ankles and thighs to restrain her to a massage table, used as a medical exam table.

I like cunt play and cunt torture, using a self made needle probe vibrator, made out of an electric toothbrush. My girlfriend loves it. Probing directly on the clit, or around requires me to restrain her very well, because after excitement she cannot keep her hips still by herself.

I really liked the suggestion of HoldNUrButt, and I am definitely going to try that one next time. My Dr's have used the commom stirrups for all my gyno/ob exams. yes they have had to remind me to relaxed with knees spread as wide as possible too. with this position, the bright light, the speculum i know i'm quite exposed and vulnerable.

i have also been in the knee supports when i was having some urology problems and found then to be a lot more comfortable. your feet actually dangle as your knees are spread wide apart giving the Dr's and even more visible view. if i had a choice i would perfer the knee supports over the metal stirrups

The knee supports are the better ones. I love to see women one a chair with knee supports. It looks more professional, while stirrups are not so hot to watch

Knee supports are my favorite b/c it takes away all my control. the main part of the turn on is the feeling of helplessness and having no control over an embarassing and uncomfortable situation.

For the real thing I much prefer heel stirrups. However for play a girl should be strapped in a pair of knee crutches

I have never heard of anyone personally (other than on here) for a routine gyn exam, to be in any other position than the regular one. I have also never seen any knee rests, except in pictures.. Having never been to a real gyno, I cant say what my experience is, but in all examination rooms I have seen, it is just foot rests, which looks sort of uncomfortable.

I think I would feel incredibly exposed at a real doctor if I were on my knees. I think it would further deter me from going! (But turn me on, in a play exam.)

Knee supports definately are more comfy and youre more exposed too

I went to the hostpital last week for a checkup on a urinary op, he had me on my back, knees up legs spead wide, no supports of any kind, I don't know weather to be pleased or not?

My doctor uses stirrups. Howeever, I have been in a doctors office that didnt have stirrups ahd the doctor had me on my back with my heels together and my knees spread apart. Quite embarrasing.

In middle europe is ordinery position only the knee supports.

Stirrups are universal in the USA. Their origin began as you may have seen in older teaching gyn movies, is as supports for womens shoes.

About 5 years ago I had a gf who had an 18 year old daughter who went to the obgyn for her first exam. My gf had seen him for quite a few years and made an appointment for her daughter to see him for her first. I remember her telling me that he used the leg props for the first time exams because her doctor said it really helped him to give a better exam because a lot of times with a young woman getting her first, that they had a tendency of closing their legs during the exam. Weather thats true or not, I dont know, but the thought of her 18 year old being in those leg stirups excited me greatly.

Stirrups and knee rests are virtually non-existent here - it is the frog leg position (UK Style) that is predominant. Sometimes the lady will be asked to pull her knees back, effectively a knee-chest on her back, so that the doc can get to the perineum and rectum. That can be quite a humiliating position.

Almost always stirrups here in the USA. I did get examined in knee supports in Europe. I have never been in the frog leg position except in play exams.

Knee rests looks best form me, theres something special about this position, especially when when legs are tide and patient is so helpless 😉 althought stirrups are fine to 😃

I think there is something incredibly erotic about seeing a women in knee crutches. Those women I have spoken to about the experience find it extremely humiliating and feel totally powerless and vulnerable.

Wife says she always has had stirrups vs knee rests except at urologist. Knee rests used there along with no drapes for extended exam including cathaterization.

My doctor have exam chairs with knee rests. It is always a nervous and exposed feeling to go from the cabin to this chair by feeling the cold floor on the bare feets and only wearing a t-shirt and naked from waist down. Then sit on this chair at the edge and lay slow back and move my knees in this exposed knee rests and a lamp is shining between my pelvic area, now open for the doctor. It let me always shiver to lay in this position in front of my doctor and know now i will get touched at all places in my intim area.

I"ve never encountered knee supports, only stirrups, but I think I prefer the heel rests anyway. Part of the dynamic for me is the extremely voluntary nature of my exposure and vulnerability; with stirrups, I'm making a moment-by-moment decision to stay in the position my doctor requires. (Actually, I guess the same would be true of knee rests, but getting out of them strikes me as much bigger production than just slamming my knees closed.)

Interesting thoughts on difference between stirrups and knee rests. I've always wondered how my wife can relax in the stirrups. She used to tell me that she would lift her bottom off the table the first few times the gyn did the bimanual. Ocassionally he would gently push her knees down so she had no choice but to relax. Very uncomfortable according to her.
