Being blindfolded during anything, or having any of your other senses blocked only makes your other senses more alert, more sensitive, which can be a fantastic thing. You would be amazed at how well you listen to things when you can't see.Your mind is in a basic sence a processor. It uses all of your senses to process whatever it is you are doing, what is happening around you, or what is being done to you, so when one of those senses are taken away, your brain has to compensate for that loss, which in turn makes the senses that are left and functioning all that more sensitive. It's basically a flight or fight response, a protective measure your body has set up so that once your brain can process what is happening, your body will know what kind of response to send out so it can protect itself as much as possible.Try it sometime, it makes for quite a delicious time for both the person wearing the blindfold and for the person who is in the position to ummmm, make the patient respond or react to what they are doing at any given time, as they desire.Mashie
Even when I was quite young, 12 or 13, I used to lay in bath, head just out of the water with a washcloth over my eyes. I don't know how or why I started doing so but it did indeed give a most wonderful feeling of both physical isolation and concentration. Those parts of the body I was then fooling around with seemed endowed with extra sensation. Things were ever so intense, especially in the imagination if I were running some kind of scenario in my mind ...
I would love to try being blindfolded... lightly restrained too would be great at the same time.... I think I would want my hearing though.... could not do to much sensory loss
My personal favorite is a product called Mindfold. It's a plastic blindfold with adjustable elastic straps. The unique thing about it is the foam on the face side with hollows for your eyes. You can comfortably open your eyes in total darkness. It's an intense feeling. That said, I prefer my exams to be more realistic. I especially appreciate ways to watch the exam in real time - mirrors or video monitors.
Whilst never actually blindfolded, I am normally prevented from seeing my injections by bending over before they are prepared. The bare-bottomed wait unable to see what the nurse is doing but knowing what will happen makes me arousingly apprehensive.
I haven't been blindfolded in a play exam before, but I'm looking forward to trying it! I think it'll make me feel vulnerable in the best possible way, and likely enhance the sensations I feel.I've been blindfolded in other play and it's been great. I was able to focus that much more on sound and touch. And it allowed me to fully trust my partner in a way that I hadn't done before.
I think I would enjoy a blindfold in a play exam. I would imagine it would awaken all you other senses as well as adding to the fear of the unknown.
Yes, I'm usually up for blindfolds in the second play exam with a doctor. I like to watch them the first time, see how they handle things.Hah. Pun.When I'm the doctor, I leave it entirely up to the patient, although I admit I like it a lot when I have the option of using one 😃
My personal favorite is a product called Mindfold. Thanks for recommending this.. I ordered one based on your review, I hope it gets here Monday! Not being able to see what's going to happen next, anticipating what Nurse is going to do next, hearing the preparations, heightened sense of anticipation.. Very sweet. Can't wait to try this out!

Oh yes.One patient likes to pretend he is attending for Erection problems and repeated edging. He wanted to see if he aroused better if he couldn't see or hear what was going on so he wore an airline sleep mask and a pair of old stereo headphones that would block out the sound of a pneumatic drill. He said it was a thrilling experience not knowing where I was going to touch next and with hands or icy cold stainless steel instruments.
I ordered and just received my mindfold. On the downside, I can't believe I paid twenty bucks plus shipping for it. That probably cost a dime to manufacture. The cheap black polyethylene and open cell foam blindfold will kill an S&M scene. The whole thing does not exude an ounce of quality. After I ordered mine, I found it on other sites for $12 or so, which still leaves them with a big profit margin. Amazon has it for $11.96 and since I have Amazon Prime, I would have had no added shipping. Unfortunately, I didn't look there until it was too late for me.On the plus side, it doesn't cost fifty or more dollars like a gorgeous leather one but It does block out all the light, it does allow you to keep your eyes open and it is very light weight if you like it that way and you can wear it on an airplane without people knowing you're into blindfolds because it is vanilla looking. For a first timer, it is a very good blindfold. Just check around and make sure you get a good price on it.
I like being blindfolded for medfet procedures, mild bdsm or other sexual fantasies. Being blindfolded makes me feel under someone else's control during play and I love it.
I have once, and my Domme ran her very long hair all over my body - it was amazing! The sensory, not knowing what’s happening next, the smell, the cold room from being naked - 10/10 would recommend!!
I have never had a play patient request a blindfold in an exam. I have also never tried it personally either. It sounds like it might be fun to try and to see if it enhances the exam or not.
