How undressed are you in your play or fantasies?

For me, underwear bottoms only at first, but then the doc pulls it down completely.

When the roles are reversed, I'd have my SO in ladies underwear and pull them down myself to imitate my childhood exams.

I do like to be fully dressed……specially in my catsuit, mask and boots….

I prefer being directed by the doctor into a cabin being ordered to get undressed to my briefs. The moment the doctor then asks me to enter the examination room is titillating. Having to present myself in underwear only makes me feel even more vulnerable and naked then having to walk in completely undressed.

I never had a medfet exam. I would like one sometime. It seems exciting. I think I would be in underwear up till the doctor wants me to drop my underwear. I do want to at some point for doctor to lower underwear it's part of the exam. If doctor requested at beginning I would be ok sitting naked whole time. It too would be good. This recruit is a cherrystripper, a 60's US draft term for an examinee who's file was marked for full nudity throughout the medical processing. The practice was used to discipline recruits who dodged a draft board physical or who were unwilling or unruly. The instructions are that dogtags must be warn, all items of clothing removed, patient must stand to attention. As in many draft exam photo sets personal jewellery is tolerated, I tend to wear a big chunky steel watch, the type guys might wear in a gym locker room and showers. Being trapped in the system on a long term deferment there are a number of physicals each year, the state of undress is on the forms whether the exam is taken as part of a group at a facility or if done at a doctor's surgery to sign off a mandatory physical.

I like to leave it my partner in what order to undress me.

I've had it from just taking my shoes off to be weighed, then taking my top off to be stethed and strip as you go, to being weighed in white socks and boxers, to being weighed only in socks, to starting off naked.

I’d imagine I’d start off fully clothed, then change into a gown. My fantasies are about plastic surgery, so I’m guessing I’d wear a bouffant cap as well, and maybe some compression socks or booties. I’m sure I’d have to remove my bra, and possibly my panties.

For me my play exam can start with me only clad in my briefs . I am informed by the doctor when they need to be shed . And the doctor lowers my briefs and have me step from them .

I like starting in briefs and a gown and having both come off as the exam gets more and more personal.

I like being told to undress down to my undershorts. The exam would then take place while I am just wearing my white briefs. I really like being in a situation where I am told to be in my underwear while others are still clothed. The doctor would slip the stethoscope under my briefs during during the auscultation portion of the exam. I'll be wearing my briefs for the reflex and movement parts of the exam. The doctor will tell me to lower (or remove entirely) my briefs for genital and rectal exams. This scenario will replicate most of my exams as an adolescent.

In play exams I like to be partialy undressed as the procedures require. Probably because this is the closest to my real experiences. When the play exam cuntinues and gets sexually charged (if it does) i prefer to get undressed completely during the process.

I have had different scenario’s of undressing, being in underpants only, clothed and completely naked from the start.

To me, it does depend on the doctor how she/he wants me to undress. I honestly have to admit, that the moments that I was naked from start till the end of the exams were the most exciting exams (in hindsight). Although, still wearing briefs is really a near 2nd possibility as it only takes a few seconds to remove it and while the doctor is examining you, the possibility of the briefs being lowered a few cm is also high and quite exciting. When the doctor removes it, you then know which parts are next …

I think undressing in stages, naked to the waist to begin with for auscultation then the rest of the clothes for the rest of the exam?

I would prefer to be nude, after her interview of about 5-7 minutes. Then she leaves the room and I get completely undressed and remain so throughout her entire hands on part of the examination process of about 22-35 minutes. Including stretching, bending over, spine checks, dre, squats, eye check, ....

No modesty needed.

All systems checked, poked, and inspected.

I wouldn't mind staying nude during the wrap up details of the findings and await her to leave the room before I get dressed again.

As realistic as possible. For me that's to be in my briefs from the beginning and after abdomen palpation, the band of my briefs lifted while they begin to look down there. I prefer the entire exam performed while laying down rather than getting up and dropping my briefs. I feel more powerless when I'm laying there while my genitals are being poked and prodded.
