It looks like it could be used for enemas. I don't know about being "permanently plugged" but ive been searching for a quality metal enema nozzle and this looks like it is just the ticket. It looks like it will fit right on my shower shot too. Yippee!

I saw this a couple of weeks ago. Its quite expensive but I guess comparing it to the cost of my silicon bag it not too bad and it should last a long time. Hmmmm... I wonder what size would be best. They get awful big.

The plug looks really nicely made. I like that it can be used as both a plug and a nozzle. The obturator in the plug is a VERY nice addition.

While I love stainless steel toys, the only concern is that they are heavy and hard--so you have to be very careful in your bathroom not to drop it on tiles or fixtures, because they will chip if they get hit the wrong way.

A similar item called 'The Pear' was a favorite of the inquisition.

The "ultimate ass lock" just looks scary. But maybe tha'ts the point. 😃
