I agree with you on this. I had a play exam similar to this. The playdoctor started by strapping me in the stirrups and covering my body with surgical drapes just leaving my vaginal area uncovered. It felt more embarrassing than being complately naked on the table. But i was so turned on

Yes, the patient's vulnerability and the unknown of the inescapable impending surgery are very erotic. Not to mention the prep itself. Shaving, cleansing, administration of anesthesia, etc.

Yes, I think its really turning the operating room scene that you describe. The idea of being monitored with operating room staff gloving and gowning around the operating table is explosive. Continuating it, from my point of view the most exciting general anesthesia method would be the inhalation induction...first the anesthesiologist holding the mask and after the mask strapped on place

The prep is a big part of it. Im usually shaved smooth but but before something like this i dont shave. Being stapped in the stirrups and haing someone shave me is so hot especially afterwards when he swabs my vaginal area with the antiseptic

Another aspect not mentioned is the smell. I literally get off with the smell of rubber and the swabs, alcohol, disinfectant, etc. It is all part of the prep. I have become fond of using some peppermint tea in an enema solution and that too recalls enema fantasies.

The smell of alcohol when i was a child meant that i was getting a shot.

Gowning, gloving and masking is a huge turn on.

The snapping of the gloves, the clinking of medical instruments in trays, the alcohol smell of the exam room, are a turn on for me.

The entire process is exciting. As a patient, you are moved and fixed into position without any questions. The smells, the clean, shiny equipment, the movement of the personnel and their casual conversation, sometimes professional, sometimes personal. And then the anesthesiologist starts to talk to you, telling you what she is doing, putting the oxygen sensor on your finger, strapping your arms down to keep the IV's stable. And if you're lucky (like I have been) she takes a black rubber mask in hand, shows it to you, tells you the scent will be a bit funny, like an old shoe, but she'll just be giving you oxygen at first. And as you breathe through the rubber mask, secretly ecstatic, she pushes the propofol through the IV ("a little burning here") and then the air scent in the mask changes ("adding some medicine to your oxygen") and you drift into warm, pleasant sleep, looking up into her beautiful eyes.

All the preparation and the ambience of the OR together with the staff's uniform is exciting, but definitely for me the best is anesthesia induction, most of all inhalation induction with a traditional black rubber mask

When the doctor starts donning exam gloves and asks you to drop your drawers you know what is going to happen next.

Most exciting for me is bending over with pants down waiting for the nurse to prepare and give me injections in my vulnerable bare bottom.

Taken into the exam room , the smell of alcohol ,and the cabinet across the room , with a variety of sizes of syringes and different lengths and gauges of needles , thermometers ,tissue. cotton balls , and alcohol , Knowing in a few minutes that the nurse would come in , and I would be lying across the exam table with my skirt up to my back , my new white nylon panties below my bottom , and watching her filling 2 syringes of Bicillin , then walking towards me, handing me a couple of tissues which I will probably need, asking me if I am ready , and to hold on because the gauge and length of the needle, and the white thick medicine was going to hurt , one in each side ..............this makes me very scared knowing I might have a tear or two ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but so aroused ,it send chills all over my body, and a tingle between my legs.

I would love to be a doctor in a team were a woman gets prepared for vaginal surgery...

For me it is the masking of the patient. And this could be interpreted two ways:

1) The point where the patient masks up to go out onto the floor, whether by stretcher or walking or wheelchair. I like 3M 1860's (those thick, bright blue double-banded cone N95 masks), Kimberly Clark Fluidshield PFR95's (duckbilled, N95 with rubber bands), and 3M 6000 or 7500 half mask respirators for this purpose.

2) When the patient is given an anesthesia mask, either clear or black.

The surgical prep is extremely erotic - both the staff scrubbing in and the patient being undressed, skin preped, anesthetized, etc. It is my all time favorite part of medfet.
