I'll take this from the angle of the play doctor.
Smells are probably the least intense for me. Sure, the clean, almost chemical smell of the office and the smell of the latex gloves can be very nice. Even the slight scent of KY gel can have an effect. I have had patients who enjoyed the smell of their own urine after providing a sample (or when some have had an "accident" during the exam, nervousness, haha). And I'm sure perfumes and colognes can be good, too.
Sounds: who doesn't love the crinkle of the white paper on the exam table? Every move, every scoot, every adjustment making the paper twist and rip. Gives away the edginess the patient might be feeling, too! The heartbeat, is there a better sound than the racing, pounding heart of a patient who is feeling excited and nervous, all in one. Taking your time listening to each area. And obviously, the breathing in and out. Controlling the breathing and listening to each inhale and exhale.
And the best sounds? The gasps, moans, in-take of breath, breathless words, the coughs, slight gagging on a tongue depressor or finger...and then...each "yes doctor", "no doctor", and response to the questions that are asked of the patients. It's what the doctor loves to hear!
Sights: Everything? lol
A patient as they slowly de-clothe. Sitting on the table in just underwear. Laying prone on the table and wondering what will be coming next in the examination. A tented pair of underwear...knowing that the patient is thinking "does the doctor notice, oh no!". The steth around the doctor's neck, and all the examination tools laid out on the counter. An embarrassed patient giving a urine sample. I mean I can go on and on with the sights. Of course, just the calm, clinical look of a white room with an examination table is enough to get me quite excited.
I wonder if the patients' have any favorite tastes. I mean that as both a clinical comment, and as a more sexual roleplay comment. On the clinical side, do the patients enjoy the taste of a thermometer in their mouth? Or a latex glove? Or a tongue depressor? Sure, all are quite plain...but that doesn't mean it doesn't have a hot, arousal flavor for a patient!
