Any true stories of ejaculation during examination

I've read posts here of men who claimed to have ejaculated during examination. No doubt this has occurred during play exams. But what I'm curious about is whether any professionals have actually had this happen during an exam or have heard any anecdotal stories from reputable sources confirming its occurrence. Considering that there are millions of exams taking place evey year, I suppose its bound to have happened. How about it. Real event or a medfets fantasy.
