Boxers and usually either my Bills, Reds, Cavs, Michigan, Sabres, WVU or Marshall ones...have a ton of boxers but mainly just in my favorite sports teams:-)
Buffalo, have you ever suspected that the usual small talk the doctors typically strike up has ever been influenced by the boxers you have on that day ?
Sometimes docs will pick the most tangible things to start a brief conversation with you while examining you. And if what was printed on my shorts became the topic of conversation, I would probably be relieved that it was a tension breaker.
But then after the exam as i return to wherever, I may start to draw a connection that the conversation originated by an apparent observation of my slightly intimate apparel. It might make me reflect on my sexuality about the verification of attention drawn in that general region. It might spark a thought process which wouldn't be about the doc at all, but rather my self consciousness at the verification of being seen.
Or maybe not, as I wear boxers around the house all the time, regardless of certain company. They don't really reveal any more than outdoor shorts anyway, and i'm not a fan of wearing long pants.
But that's just me, and my whatever level of psychosis. But i was wondering for you if the topic ever came up, like the doc would say something like "Great Sabres game last night", or "Have you been to any Reds games this season?" or"What do you think about Rex Ryan taking over the Bills head coaching job?"
And if anyone else has ever had a similar experience, please share.
