Several years ago I had to have a routine exam. I was going to a summer camp as a male counselor, and had to have the same screening as all the kids. After I arrived at the Dr's office, I was led to an exam room. A nurse took all the routine vitals. Before she left the room she told me to put on the exam gown with nothing on underneath. I did so and waited. Then the Dr came in and I was suprised that it was a woman. I had never been to a female Dr before. She listened to my heart, did a lot of routine questions and reflex tests, then she had me stand up and told me to remove the gown. She sat on a stool in front of me. I was very embarrased as I stood completely naked in front of her, her eyes level with my genitals. I could feel a erection coming and had no way to stop it. She put on exam gloves and proceeded to check me for a hernia. The next thing really suprised me. She mentioned that I was uncircumsided, and did I have any trouble pulling the skin back or have any problems with irritation. I muttered no, but she put her hand on my penis and proceeded to pull the skin back. She spent what seemed like a eternity examing me in detail, then she made some comment about no swelling, redness or irritiation. Maybe she was checking for some sort of STD. When she was done she pulled the foreskin back over the head of my now fully erect penis. Although she did not say anything, I know her eyes were on me. Then she had me turn around and lean over the exam table. She smeared lubricant all over my anus, and gave me the dreaded rectal exam, proclaiming that my prostate was healthy.
Nothing else happened, and I am sure it was a completely legitimate exam, but I still get excited thinking about it today, 25 years later.
