Nope never happen to me either. The DREs that I have had last only a few seconds. Now if the doctors took a few minutes to do it then maybe there would a different outcome. I think you would have to be right on the edge of cuming before the doctor's finger goes in your ass and that takes you over the edge. I wonder for these men who do ejaculate during a DRE, can these men easily have hands free prostate orgasms when having sex?

I love having my prostate stimulated but having a hands free prostate orgasm is very hard for me achieve. So I don't think a DRE would ever be enough for me to cum.

Prostate exam takes all of a few seconds and I need little more stimulation than that.

But if my dr did start stimulating back there in same sense as my wife would at home he woulead me reported.

I had a close call a couple of years ago with my current female doc. The first thing she does after I lift my gown is take my penis in her hand and look it over as well as squeeze the head lightly to check for discharge. I DID ejaculate once, during an exam. It was outside the US.... I was in a small clinic. I managed to have the staff nurse attending to me, as i needed to be catheterized and gently dilated. As a nurse I have seen it various times. With teens having their penis examined by a female doctor and older men when they are having their prostate examined and I assume the doctor was a little bit over enthusiastic with the finger.
