I guess most of the posters to this thread are referring to the professional gyno examination. Most patients to whom I chat as a playdoc get round to asking what I get out of it, as I charge no fees of course, and 'do I get turned on during the examination'.
I am totally up front in answering this question. Yes I do!
However, as far as the examination is concerned that is the end of the matter, my arousal stays inside my scrubs.
The examination is never sexually directed nor is any overt stimulation given, at any time. It follows however that arousal in the woman (or man) very often arises. No comment is ever made about this, just as in the professional situation.
There is always a resting phase at the conclusion of the examination when the patient is encouraged to raise any issues when the 'professional' aspect is closed. It is in this resting phase that many feel able to discuss such things as their physical arousal being raised to an orgasmic level and deliberate stimulation starts but this time with the patients consent and indeed, expressed desire.
Again, not unnaturally, it has happened that the patient indicates her or his wish to involve the playdoc in reciprocal play, on occasion leading to full sex. It is at this time that the playdoc must be most guarded lest the patient later regret what has transpired and difficulties arise.
For the benefit of prospective patients who read my postings, as they are encouraged to do, if a patient does not his or herself express a desire to continue beyond an examination then that is equally fine and there will be no persuasion, let alone compulsion, applied.
The sole criteria as far as I am concerned are Safe, Sane and CONSENSUAL.
