Anybody been cured?

I know this is probably not something to be wished for on this site, but am keen to know if anyone has got better from OAB as mine just seems to get worse and now even the Depends pants cannot always contain a flood which is leaving me short of (discreet) options for work.. Tablets are not much help anymore.
