I have jonplast bulb n°20 - 1250 cc.This bulb is a powerful way to clean. When squizeed in my belly, I have a orgasm.

I found a bulb enema at a neighborhood pharmacy. Unfortunately they were going out of business and when I asked why I hadn't seen the bulbs before I was told that they had not had them for ages but brought them out of storage as they were trying to get rid of inventory before closing. Perhaps we just need to get up the courage to ask the pharmacist if they have any bulb enemas in the back room.

With custom made large bore nozzle and big hands Jonplast 1250 ml syringe is easy to use. For solo play I made very short bulbous tip so the neck of the bulb also goes in, this way the bulb is closer to the butt, easy to reach and squeeze.

Jonplast bulbs are available on eBay, the factory enema tip is too thin to be practical and is not safe, but the douche nozzle looks OK.

As an alternative to a large bub, check out something called a Cleanstream In-line Bulb Enema Syringe. It consists of two short pieces of tubing and a small bulb that you continuously squeeze to suck water from a container and pump into your butt. It also has a one way valve to prevent back flow. Plus it is compact and does not look like an enema bulb, for example you could say you use it to pump water out of a stopped up sink. My guy recently got this from Amazon.com for about $13 so I could do my usual daily enema when away from home. We already tried it in the woods, by putting the input tube into a water bottle and the other end into you know where. Then my guy kept squeezing the bulb until the bottle was empty. Afterward I got to do a standup expel and finally cleaned myself in the small stream. I am really happy with it.

We have a 24 oz red one. It takes forever to fill! I think that the 11 oz douche bulb is best all around!

WOW Neptun! Those 2 pics of the 1250 ml in action are great. What a session that must have been!

The very large ones are worthless if you are doing it yourself. They are hard to hold and hard to squeeze.

We threw ours in the garbage.

I echo Susie's opinion! Even if you have a partner, I find them hard to fill. I've tried several, and it seems to take forever to get them to suck in the water.

I purchased a few of these 1250 ml bulbs several years back. The rectal tip they came with is simply just awful. It's just way too small when handling such a large bulb.

However, being the fabricator I am, I was able to spin up a large bat-style nozzle for it out of black delrin plastic on a lathe. It's about 5 inches long, and 1" diameter at the tip.

But one of the concerns I've always had with bulbs is the reflux issue, so I built a check valve into it. This prevents any backwash from contaminating the inside of the bulb. Yes, you've got to remove the tip to fill it, but with a 1.3 quart capacity, it really isn't an issue.

With this mod, the new nozzle makes the bulb an a truly wonderful enema device. You can squeeze as much as you want and rest at any time, and continue a few minutes later.

I often fill the bulb before I go to sleep and put it on the nightstand. When I wake up it's ready to be used. And because of the check valve, you can reposition the bulb as you deflate it and easily get just about the very last drop of fluid out of it. I then relax for ten or fifteen minutes with the nozzle still in me before getting up to expel. Absolutely wonderful. Truly a great way to start the day.

The check valve makes this an excellent solo device, but I'd really like to find a woman to share this with. So if there is any such woman interested .......

Check Wal-Mart website for "pump blasters". It's a pool water gun type toy. Even tho I got a 5 pack for $2, the tip is nicely shaped and smooth. Not sure of the volume but it's a little north of an inch in diameter and about 18- 20" long.

I got the four largest of these bulbs on eBay.it. Unfortunately these bulbs are no longer available.

I provided one part with old bakelite shower nozzles. Given the size of the balloons, they fit better.

My lady really needs both hands to squeeze the 1.25 liter monster into me…😇

Also (and idk if it was mentioned before) you can DIY yourself a Higginson’s syringe by simply getting a hand operated fuel pump bulb in the marine section. Super easy and VERY effective
