What is clitoris pumping about?

"clit-pumping" is a term which refers to using a specially equipped vacuum pump for the purpose of inducing clitoral engorgement.

This engorgement is an erectile response, virtually identical as that of the male phallus. Clitoral erection involves the same kinds of structures, neural connections, and nitric oxide (NO)-mediated intercellular signaling, as does the male variety.

Although mechanical vacuum pumping is the usual way of achieving this sexual engorgement, there are others. Electrical and chemical methods can make the vacuum either unnecessary, or more effective, as may be desired.

Apomorphine enhances electrical stimulation, by mimicing or stimulating the release of dopamine in the brain.

Has this helped anyone be more aroused who has lost sexual awareness for what ever reason? i have suggested it to my wife as just has no drive what so ever and she says it would be just like her playing with herself and would do nothing.... thoughts?

Yes a very inexpensive way of trying clit pumping is to carefully cut the needle end of a large syringe, put the plunger of the syringe in from that end. Then you can place the open end of the syringe over your clit and slowly withdraw the plunger part way, this will create a vacuum and "pump" your clit, leave it there for 15 minutes or so and you will be suprised and the changes and sensitivity it will create

I ve heard about a vacuumpump includes electric stimulation. Does anyone knows somthing about that?

A lot of ladies get very aroused. It´s necessary to cool them down with a little shock of ice cubes.

I know...they are expensive. I have heard of someone using an old breast pump for this, I believe all of the tubing intertwines...just a thought

This is Something I would Like to Try As Well!

Clit pumping is something that I have been wanting to try as well. I did recently order a nipple pumping kit from Adam&Eve.com. On my last medical play exam, the Doctor used it.

I found having my nipples being pumped up to be quite exciting and they did get very engorged. I have large breasts, 40DD, and it was very exciting. To keep the nipples aroused, the Doctor also placed elastic nipple rings around each nipple and this kept them nice and erect during the entire exam. Next, I want to try the clit pumping!

Hi Lady Teddy,

The nipple cylinders you already have will serve quite well for clitoral pumping. You mention the playdoc used them on you.

I'd suggest you try it on yourself with you in charge of the pump until you know what degree of engorgement is OK for you. Too much and you bruise and its not good.

Use a water based cream or emmolient. In the UK we have one called E45. Don't use a perfumed cream because it has other constituents which might irritate. Smear a little on and around the clitoral region and a little inside the cylinder too. (applies to nipple pumping too).

When you get used to the feeling, disconnect the pump (the cylinder should stay on) and apply a vibrator lightly to the cylinder. Always reconnect the pump and release the vacuum by whatever means is provided on the pump, before you try to remove the cylinder. Don't just prise it off.

Hi i tried one once but it didnt seem to fit tight enough, where on the site do the recomed the best devices?

I use silicone lube with mine - a hand pump design.

Take it easy at first as too much suction all at once can be painful and potentially put you off.

Take it easy and slowly find the level of suction that feels good for you.

Enjoy it for a whil and then see if yo can take a little more.

I've been experimenting with breast and clit suction for several years. One of the best is to use cups with a Japanese cupping set. Look on the web there are many at different prices. Here is just one:

These are great on both the breasts, nipples and clit (smaller cups) because each cup has it's own tiny check valve that holds the vacuum after the pump is removed. Be careful not to leave on to long when pumped or you'll get lasting redness, but never a problem for 15 minutes or less with normal suction.

One trick I learned by accident for clit pumping it to remove the valve by slipping off the tiny o-ring, attach the pump and apply to clit area. When you pull the pump handle it sucks in and when you release your grip it goes back to normal size. You can do this as fast as you can hand pump and as long as your hand can keep pumping. I've brought many a patient to a great orgasm this way.
