I would say in my case, I don't have enema-only induced orgasms, but I experience very heightened sexual arousal during an enema, and it depends on how long it's been since my last orgasm, and my particular state of mind at the time, that dictates how quickly and easily I climax during an enema. Under ideal circumstances, I can climax with very little manual stimulation......and on some occasions, I have even stopped the manual stimulation totally......and the climax still occurs. Don't worry about not being able to cum from prostate stimulation or anal stimulation with fingers or dildos. Most men can't and many who say they do LIE.

If you aren't having a "proper" orgasm with pelvic contractions and ejaculation, you should definitely see your physician. Some men (and women) have kind of quiet orgasms and some erupt violently. People are different.

Keep in mind, a male penis can erect, or, less often a female vaginal muscle tighten just from sudden changes to blood flow in the area due to an enema. It's not always real arousal. Sometimes it's just shifting blood flow.

It is heartening to read Switchablesuzie's reply, as I have recently been trying to achieve an orgasm with prostate massage and can easiiy get precum oozing out but nothing else. I have found that a kneeling position with my legs slightly apart is the best for me as it seems to give easy access to my prostate, but never achieves orgasm, now I can understand why.
