I wanted to relate what I am experiencing, ask a couple of questions and see if there is any input anyone can offer.
I have been doing regular enemas (at least 1-2 really extensive sessions per week) for 10+ years. Although I enjoy the sensations of the act of the enema itself, my main motivation in knowing I am clean for anal play as well as the good physical feeling that just comes naturally from feeling cleaned out with things flowing smoothly. My goal is always enemas until clear, so long as I can reach that goal safely and comfortably.
But lately I have been having some problems and I am wondering if there is any input anyone can offer on what it is I could be doing wrong. In between when I go and when I have my clean out sessions, and more recently, during, I have been experiencing horrific gas and bloating.
I thought I had fixed the issue recently-I had been using anti bacterial hand soap in the first 1 or 2 bags (I just use a standard 2 qt hot water bottle) and holding it, for up to five minutes but ceased using it when I got very sick from doing so. I switched immediately to the Baby Mild Castille soap and only use about a teaspoon of that in the first bag in a series.
Usually during one of my clean out sessions I will be on a fast, but these still have been taking up anywhere from 6-8 hours and anywhere from 15-20 bags full of water (not all at one time, that is split up with a break or even a day), and I'm not sure whether it's the position, how long I hold the liquid, or what is causing it.
I usually start out with not having eaten in over 18 hours, and right after I go naturally. I am very able to evacuate normally, in fact, I only begin a series of enemas after a natural evacuation. I start out with one bag, laying on the left side with right knee raised, then on my back with hips elevated, and finally on my right side. Sometimes I will add some extra water in the knee chest position (which can help get the gas out) and then I hold this for anywhere form 5-10 minutes during which time I walk around, sometimes do some situps, move around to get things moving.
Then I move to anywhere from 1.5-2 two quart bags of just plain clear warm but not too hot water, and do one on the left side with my hips elevated, a few more in the knee chest position, and finally one on the left side with right knee up, on my back, left side and then knee chest and roll around afterwards from the left side to the right. These larger ones I only hold for about five minutes each. When I am expelling these it lis as if the gas just will not allow everything to come out like it should, but I do get it out.
At this point I stop for a while, in fact, sometimes if I am on a juice/water fast I will wait until the next day. But when I return, I have only clear warm water enemas-of which I only hold the first two for about five minutes-until things run clear. I use progressively cooler water with each one, and just get them in and out, and things usually get there in about an hour or two at the very longest.
I work out daily-an hour and a half of cardio and weights and am in good shape; I eat pretty much anything I want in moderation but get enough of the good stuff including enough but not too much fiber, and I don't use alcohol or drugs (aside from coffee and cigarettes), I take Fish and Flaxseed Oil, vitamins and some supplements daily, but I just cannot understand where the bloating (not water bloating, as once I finish an enema/clean out session that goes away) but gas bloating is coming from.
I don't want to give up my enemas-when they go well I feel great afterwards, but if it is taking me this long I can't help but think I am doing something wrong with the positions or something, or if I need to take some kind of supplements (I do drink sports drinks to replenish electrolytes) like probiotics (although I am afraid that would make it worse!)
I do have some kind of small lump above my naval which could mean sluggishness in the small intestine, but I don't see that as related to enemas as I don't put water up past the lower colon so I don't know what would cause that. Unless it might be something in the upper GI that is creating issues lower down.
Which leads me to another question: how on earth do or would I locate a doctor who is not going to blame anything on the enemas themselves? I personally believe that even daily enemas can be safe and healthy if done correctly and I don't want to walk into a place and immediately be judged and criticized.
All I want to do is enjoy my enemas and cleanse regularly and efficiently, but the gas and bloating is really making the process a lot more difficult than I think it should be. Any thoughts or advice anyone could offer would be much appreciated!
