Mash,
Thank you very much for the update on administrative protocol relative to enemas. Btw, soap was quite frequently used in the 60's and 70's. Your description of the necessity to perform the ordinance (enema) as rapidly as possible explains why, for some patients, an enema is submitting their intimate parts to what they percieve as the merciless efficiency of a nurse.
From a male patient's point of view, things are a bit different:
In order to better understand the premice that potentially creates a fetish or kink, let me elaborate for a moment on a male patient's perspective. My first "bag enemas" started in my teens. At that age my hormones spoke louder than the voice of reason and I had to make an effort to hide my vulnerability relative to sexual arrousal. Simply stated, I was horny most of the time. So, I was filled with dread and the fear of embarrassment: not to mention the idea of having to expose my private parts to a stranger.
As I soon discovered, the feeling of fullness in my belly and bowels seemed to stimulate the genital region and sexual feelings added another dimension to the experience. This served to complicate things even further. And now there is the embarrasement of becoming sexually arroused against one's will. Producing, as we like to call it.. a "stiffie" also known as, in more scientific terms, an erection. After the enema the sexual arousal naturally lingers thereby creating the desire to have sex or mastubate. So added to the mix of anticipation and embarrassment are the sexual feelings. This explains the kinky response some of us develop because we associate being made to take an enema with strong sexual arousal and excitement.
I suspect women who enjoy enemas also have their reasons. Generally speaking, it seems that relaxation is a cornerstone for their enema experience to be gratifying and pleasurable.
Once again, Mash, thank you for your feedback. And I hope my narrative regarding the genesis of my intense enema fetish has in no way offended you.
Be well,
Rock
