Yeah.
I have a fiberglass COLEMA board, a friend gave me. It cracked and he has repaired it.
I have been trying for years to use a colon tube. I want the feeling of total submission that goes along with that and the simple feeling of something being up there so far, as well as the deep cleaning that would give.
I understand though, that it is damn near impossible to get a colon tube up there by yourself. I haven't been able to get it in very far at all. And so far, I haven't found anybody I trust well enough to use the colon tube on me.
So, the COLEMA board is a compromise of sorts for me. You don't have to put the nozzle in very far, so you can do it yourself. (I guess because I was raped by priests when I was in grade school, I am conditioned to resist something pressing against the upper part of the rectum or penetrating the 'third ring' as some call it: the entrance to the Sigmoid.)
Yes, it takes some effort to set up the COLEMA, but there is little cleanup afterwards.
My buddy made me a 22 qt clear plastic container with marks for every few quarts - so I can tell how much fluid I have taken in. That is great. And the container lets me mix into the solution whatever I want, usually baking soda and salt (keeps the solution from being absorbed a whole lot.)
Because I control the flow and volume and amount, I can take the solution very, very slowly and it is comforting. But for the same reasons, I can wimp out and release before I really get the distension and fullness that I actually crave.
I have the board and container set up in the bathroom now. I'm going to go for it. Wish me luck.

Happy Holidays - and many happy after-over-eating clean-outs to all.
