Getting To Naked 4 an Exam

Firstly, I must confess to being a bit of an exhibitionist as a big part of the turn on of going to a doctor for me is knowing that I have a good chance of people seeing me naked. For those of you who are like me and enjoy naked exams, I was wondering if you know any tricks to guarantee a naked (or near naked) exam?

2 tricks that I have learned:

1. If you are a guy and tell the doctor that you occasionally have difficulty urinating, you have a really good chance of getting a prostate exam. While I don't necessarily enjoy the exam, I do enjoy flashing my ass in front of my cute female doctor when I bend over...

2. Schedule annual dermatologist exams during the winter (when it will be cold) and then wear longjohns to the exam. This pretty much guarantees you a nude exam, as the longjohns must be removed so the doctor can see your legs. Ok, yes I know they will cover you with a drape or a gown, but those things really don't cover much (and my doctor still looks at everything anyway.

I particularly like item #2 as the doctor is always assisted by a cute, young female assistant (who pretends to see nothing, but sees it all...)

I would love to hear any other tricks or techniques that you have used when you want a naked exam.

I'm really not into play exams. If I knew it wasn't for real, it would just spoil it for me...

In my experience, you can always be naked, simply by ignoring what the instructions were. If you are asked to take off everything except your shorts/underwear, freeball. If you are asked to take off everything except your underwear and put a gown on, take off everything and wear the gown with the opening in the front. Yes, some male and female doctors may wonder, but they are used to dealing with the human body.

I went to a dermatologist appointment once and the assistant told me to "take off your clothes and put on the gown". It never even occurred to me that she just meant strip down to your underwear (largely because I've never had a doctor request that I wear a gown while I am wearing underwear). I did as instructed and removed all of my clothes so that I was only wearing the gown.

It was just down right embarrassing and I regretted doing it. She (the doctor) made a comment that she had not wanted me to be naked and she would have conducted the exam differently if she had realized that I was naked. All of the friendliness in my relationship with her went away after that (her manner changed to being very cool and brusque with me). I found a new dermatologist.

As I prefer to keep my health care providers for years (continuity of care), I only remove all of my clothes if they specifically ask me to.

Personally, HP, I think you're better off with a different dermatologist. I would avoid any dermo that doesn't want to see you naked. It's a complete waste of time. You're there to have your skin examined -- all of your skin -- and you've got to get naked for that to happen. I hope you're much happier with your new dermo.

I have only experienced one such "every inch" exam. My daughter (now a PA) wanted me to have a mole looked at and would she not take "no" for an answer.

On the appointed day I show up at her office expecting to lift up my shirt for the male Dr.

My little girl (only 3 years old as I think of her) led me to a room and said. "Father, your here and I don't want any lip from you. Dr. Kelley will do a complete scan of your skin for problems. Take this gown and put it on."

Ok, I'll listen this one time... In walks Dr. Kelly..... OH CRAP.... This is a young lady in her mid 20's that I knew from church...

She was bubbly, excited to see me again and talked about how well my daughter was doing.... Then it began... "oh well lets get these boxers off and have a look. She looked at every inch and all I could think was "no Bonner. on bonner no bonner" No such luck, but she simply went about the exam.... EVERY INCH....

My daughter came over that evening, saying "Hi Pops... No problems found but Kelly would like to see you next year....." FAT CHANCE.... Ya got me good kiddo...

Well, Skybear, I agree with JimmyJohnson that a good derm exam should be done naked. From what I have read, while it is very unlikely to get a cancerous mole "where the sun don't shine", when you do get one there, it is more likely to spread quickly, so they need to be removed.

I envy you your dermatologist. The dermatologist I have now (a guy, unfortunately...) has me strip to my shorts and only pulls the band of my underwear out for a few seconds for a peek at my butt.

The exception, of course, was this last time (Monday of this week) when I was wearing longjohns which forced a naked exam. Sadly, he still did not look everywhere, but I think he had a better look than normal.

Still, I think you are lucky to have a dermatologist who looks everywhere. If I were you, I would make a point to go back next year...

Over the years I've been to a few dermatologists. Had a pre cancerous condition removed once. None of them (all female) ever checked my genital area. I'm told to leave my boxers on and they lifted the leg portions to check my thighs thats it. Despite that the doc I've been going to for years has an excellent reputation and seems to be the best. I'm sticking with her even though she skips over some parts.

My experience has been they say to take everything off. Out of the past 5 times, I would say for 2 exams the nurse told me to leave on the undies, but eventually I had to drop them anyway for standing hernia check and prostate exam. The other 3 times I was naked except for a big "paper towel" (a paper sheet really) - never even got a proper paper gown.
