Cognitive functional exam while being sexually stimulated

I remember reading a very interesting little article somewhere on this site and I cant find it anymore.

I believe it involved having a woman copy a section of text one time before an exam and then another while she was being sexually stimulated and on the edge of orgasm during an examination.

I seem to remember this was done under the guise of checking certain cognitive functions. Does anyone know where this is? I would like to read the details again. I want to do something similar while performing an exam on a male patient using a prostate and a urethral electrode with a tens unit and edging him.
