I would say that appearance does matter, and anyone who states otherwise is bluffing themselves at the very least. However beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder, and everyone has some unique quality that is more beautiful than anyone else. I find the little things like sexy feet, nice perfume, careful grooming, to be most exciting and far outshine basic physical appearance. Eyes are also very important, they speak volumes of a person and their sensuality.
I enjoy realism, I work very hard to deliver the most realistic experience possible for my patients. And myself... Patients come in all shapes and sizes, and even supermodels have flaws. It is not the physical appearance of a face, breasts or legs which fuels my enjoyment, it is the exploration of uncharted territory which appeals to me - The adventure of going "where no man has gone before".
The most important trait is enthusiasm, in my opinion. A patient who is willing, trusting, and wants to explore her limits, is the most desirable patient, regardless of age or appearance. If age is any factor at all, my experience has been that for the most part, the older the patient is, the more likely that they will exceed my expectations, and they always do.
My eldest patient is a living Barbie Doll, age is only a number anyways. 🌹
