Here is a seated position form yoga, which some doms might like:
Sit cross-legged. Place one palm over the other, and hold the palms over the head, elbows back. You can see it on the cover of this book.

As the guidelines say,you can work up to 31 minutes (I have done this - so yes, it is possible).
But it must be done properly, of course! The sub's spine must be very straight, and must not slump as time goes on. It could be done an inch from a wall, and the wall must not be touched! It is OK to sit on a small cushion - it helps in getting the spine straight.
Also, the hands must not sink, and the elbows are kept back, with the chest open. Being naked lets the dom observe the alignment.
Personally, I think that the pose must be re-started if the posture is not maintained,but I welcome other views.
