I have a question about this.

People typically use gradually increasing diameters over a course of months/ years to train themselves to take something larger, and I have read on this forum that it's best to only increase your previous maximum at 0.25" diameter at a time.

So my question is, should you always go through each increment every session you play and warm up first with the toy of each size before your maximum?

For example, if you can fit a 2.75" diameter plug or dildo, should you always use a 1.5" then 1.75" then 2.0" then 2.25" then 2.5" within the same session to work your way up to it?
