I have used "cloth like uotside " since they araived on the marked , and to prevent leacks one must use a diaper with " absortion capasity " that is
more then you normaly were , since i live in Sweden i get the diapers payed by the general helht isurance , so we dont have to pay enything for the
diapers , i used " tena slip maxi " , but when the " tena slip ultima " came on the marked , i have not had any leacking , or vicking at all , as was the case with the "tena slip maxi " since i am inkontinent ( since i was 16 ,work aksident ) i have been tru " the hole evolution of disposible diapers
and i find the "cloth back " are verry comfortabe , spesialy in hot conditiones , and it is alot better for the skin , less skin problems , becose the diapers are breahing , one thing tho , you can not go for as long time as you can go with a plastic backed diaper , but one must change diapers when you fel it is du , during the nigth there is vertualy no lecks nider , tips : i normaly can use sizse medium , but i sizse upp to a large , tgat gives me no " flodin over " on the belly , since the diaper goes higer upp it komes almost upp to the " bellybothen" ( sorry for the spelling mistakes but as i am from Sweden i am not to god in english spelling)
