Your findings are right -- it is really not so easy to find an enema nurse but it is still not impossible.
You should place ads on the internet in which you explain your needs without being too explicit as it is definitely counterproductive. My experience is that the best if you even do not use the word "enema", you should just refer it with terms "natural healthcare treatment" or "treatments similar to CHT".
In that way you will have the chance to get contacted by much more professionals hence you will have more chance to find someone who can really help you.
As I realized there are three main types of approach among the nurses to such needs of patients:
a) They are willing to perform the treatments but don't really know why it is good, thus, can not do it in an effective and caring way (almost totally useless)
b) They know the process, have a lot of experience, so that very good from techincal point of view and (in best cases) can handle side effects as well. (OK if you do not want to get anything more than cleanouts)
c) "Kinky Nurses": they exactly know the side effects and are willing to help you with "non-healthcare needs" as well. Not necessarily have so much experience with enema treatments but willing to learn everything and going to help you in the best way. (Perfect for those who are going to have the treatments in the way where side effects not to be hided)
Chances to find caregiver are as follows:
Type a) -- good
Type b) -- some
Type c) -- very slight / next to zero
So, I would recommend to start the way I described above as even you go that way it is hard to find a good nurse with whom you can build a good relationship which is a must for this kind of treatments.
Have a good luck -- and please keep us informed about the results.
