I am a man, and not interested in men. But I'll answer what turn me on.
I feel like I have a whole ton of clothing fetishes. Not all at once, of course.
I love a young woman in footed pajamas. This all started when I was a kid in the 80's, and was staying over at a babysitter's house. She had two daughters roughly my age. Both blonde, bronzed and beautiful. And one of them watched TV with us one night while in her pajamas, which were one-piece pink, footed pajamas with a zipper on the front. The feet had white vinyl soles and toecaps, as was common back then (now the feet tend to be self-fabric and often has an animal face on top, which I also like).
I also like schoolgirl kits (both American or Japanese---no hat, though), but the plaid skirt needs to be knee length, and I much prefer tights instead of socks. I prefer said tights to be white or red and opaque (including cable knit or what I think are also called "sweater tights"). Also, I like black polished mary janes or black ballet flats. So, in short, authentic. Not slutty.
I do like white lingerie. White panties (not lace), nice and tight. White stockings (or skip both in favor of white pantyhose) and white opera gloves.
Satin gloves, both wrist-length and past-elbow (I think only the latter are opera gloves).
And, of course, masks, which is my medfet. Though it's somewhat more rare in a medical setting, I prefer half-mask cartridge respirators. Especially 3M models 7500-series and 61/62/6300-series. Either 2000-series pancake filters or the swept-back gas/vapor cartridges. But I had a female friend with a North (might be Honeywell now?) 5500 half-mask. She had a lung transplant. Her cartridges were vapor/gas and stuck way out and were capped in a white prefilter.
I also like the 3M 1860 mask, which is that very common thick cone N95 mask. It is aqua colored and has two rubber bands. And I like Tecnol masks that are usually used for TB, I think. Kind of a "pouch mask".
I like Vogmasks and other "fashion masks"---when they fit! This is a big issue with Vogmasks, whose earloops are non-adjustable. My friend mentioned upthread also had a mask from I Can Breathe. Adjustable earloops and a lace pattern. These fashion masks are becoming popular (Vogmasks are worn in the new movie Five Feet Apart), but at the same time, memos have been issued not to wear them into, say, a CF clinic. They are not nearly as protective as N95's and such. And frankly, for my medfet, I prefer masks that aren't meant to be fashionable.
I could probably expand, but this is a long post.
