Some time has passed since LadyDoc's original posts, and my thinking has matured on the subject of med.play...
It is my thought that in Texas, and probably in many if not most states, that if a non-family third party is giving even a B-12 or a sterile water injection to another person, whether in the buttocks or otherwise, that law enforcement would look to discern if that party had a medical certificate of some sort, that gave them legal right to perform such a function. And, too, it is my suspicion that giving an enema to another person, not family, might also require a license in the medical practicing arts...
From a practical standpoint, it is likely that I will be meeting with a new play friend in the not too distant future. If she brings her own unopened injectables, B-12 or some other 'safe' liquid injectable(s) to pass through a syringe, attached to a needle located in the tissue of her buttocks, she will get an injection, or two ~ three (???). And, it goes without saying that this young woman will find herself with an enema bag filled with warm water attached to an IV stand, and the nozzle nestled in her rectum, having passed through her anus without incident, as she lays on the exam table. Other medical 'things' of import will happen; RTs are very attractive, as is all of the female anatomy. Have you ever gazed upon a live cervix with all of the surrounding tissue in living color??? 😜
I agree with LadyDoc that there should be a written and executed agreement with a play.partner that stipulates that both parties are individuals of legal age, and the intimacies about to be shared are apart of their mutual interest in an alt.sexuality practice, that none of the play constitutes medical activities in their own minds, and that they are sharing the experience of their own free will. Now keep in mind that if the patient has any type of a bad reaction that requires a visit to an emergency room or worse, that I would have to think that the Emergency Room personnel might be obligated under the law, to report the incident to the proper authorities, and name names. Should a patient die, a charge of involuntary man-slaughter might be appropriate... In Texas, such decisions are made by District Attorneys who prosecute on behalf of the State, or the matter could be referred to a Grand Jury (of our peers) to determine potential legal culpability.
It is my belief that the Written Agreement does not necessarily put the parties (us) in a place wherein they (we) are acting legally and in accordance with state statutes. However, it does give 'standing' to either party if something unforseen went wrong. And make no mistake about it, something could go wrong; Murphy might be just around the corner keeping an eye on your play time, and wanting to become an active participant. For instance ~ I am a male in the youth of my senior years, what used to be called 'the heart attack prone years' (probably still are). What if my friend were to give me an enema that strained my system and caused a severe cramp, and I experienced an infarct, or went into a cardiac arrest? Tis not likely, as I work out in the gym daily, and am in reasonably good shape; but, please know that I am by no means an Arnold... BUTT ~ it would be a real challenge for her to deal with, if it happened. My prayer for her would be that she called EMS real quick, and got out of my home ASAP, leaving the front door unlocked and a note so the medical technicians would know what happened. Now, if it takes her 5 minutes or longer for her to call the EMS, after she packed up and gets her stuff out of the home, including her finger prints, I may be in deep shit in more ways than one... ???
None of us are here to hurt anybody (period)! Sadly, we are playing in an area wherein there could be an unforeseen problem. It's is incumbent upon the parties to consider these options b4 play begins, and to have an exit/escape plan if they agree that one is necessary. I would not want my woman friend to have a problem if something untoward happened to me, if she was tending to me for my pleasure. She has children and a full life, and needs no more challenges. And, likewise, I would not want to be caught up in front page headline ~ Pervert Gave Enema to Playmate, and She Died!!! That would cost me my personal life... However, too, I don't think that I could ever abandon a play partner at any time.
As part of my routine before meeting a prospective play partner, I also developed a rather lengthy Pre-Physical Sreening Application (A Medical History) wherein a prospective patient discloses all known medical conditions, just as any of us would do prior to becoming a patient of a new physician. Part of it is for the med.fet play realism; however, too, the other side of the coin is that it alerts me to any major medical issues of my prospective patient. If she has medical issues that causes me uncertainty, I may not play. And, this document, too, states that the patient is filling out this form with the intent to 'play' in, and enjoy an alt.sexuality practice known as medical fetish play between two consenting adults.
Anything can happen in life. Please do not ever think that what we do has no risks. One friend plays with her significant other whenever they get the chance; quite often she is the medical practitioner. He loves enemas and surrendering to the medical experience. Sadly, he underwent emergency by-pass surgery recently, and unknown medical condition that was in process until it evidenced itself and he went in for an evaluation. What would, or could have happened while they were playing is obviously an unknown. Butt, it could have happened; it could have been serious, and had consequences!!!
My new prospective partner and I will likely meet & play sometime in the not to distant future. LadyDoc's form is good, and may cover all of the bases; I have to think on it, but will not be sending it to my bro, the attorney in the family, for his review ~ 😉 Like each of us, I will take my chances as I move forward again, to enjoy this alternative.sexuality interest that drives my medical fetish interest and fantasies. It's expected that all will come out OK in the end, in more ways than one...
Now ~ go out and make it a gr8 Day!
And, btw, it's 62 degrees in Dallas this morning at 10:58 a.m., with an expected high of 72. I'm going to see a RoughRider baseball game in Frisco TX this afternoon, and it is hoped that all of you are enjoying this most unique weather pattern for the middle of spring, and have the opportunity to enjoy yourselves outdoors.
For those of you in the South, my prayers are with you as you face uncertainty with the flooding that is moving across so many states today. Be safe; take precautions and listen to your local authorities. For those of you who have already experienced the flooding of the past 3 weeks, you are in my prayers, and it is my hope that normalcy returns as soon as practical.
And, for my friend LadyDoc, I wish her nothing short of gr8 medical results as she deals with the real medical challenges in her life.
From Plano, Tx, on the 75 just north of Dallas, Richardson, and on the way to the Red River, I am
Kindly yours,
