I beg your pardon, red2qt, but for some men Viagra, Cialis and Levitra are either ineffective or the side-effects are so off-putting that they don't want to use these medications, or can't. Most doctors won't even prescribe the injectable meds unless the patient has already done a standard trial of the oral medications, or if the orals are contraindicated due to another medical condition
My partner tried all three oral medications before deciding that they just weren't worth the way they made him feel and that he would simply have to live with his erectile dysfunction. It was only after he did the research into the injectable medications that he went to see a specialist, got tested, and then did the trial run in the office. He was thrilled at how effective the medication was, that there were few side-effects (for him) and that the injection was very easy and relatively painless.
As I've said before, the injectable drugs are not for everyone, and they have to be used under medical supervision. But for some men, they are the best alternative. And for those of us who play in the medical fetish, they are a dream come true.
Hard up? I hardly think so! A man that takes it upon himself to find out about the available alternatives so that he can please his partner and live his life to the fullest extent possible is not what I would call hard up. To me, that's a real man. Perhaps before you rush to judgment, you should walk a few miles in someone else's shoes.
Play On!
