I have learned to appreciate cold pressed coconut oil that smells and tastes like coconut. For the tip of a knoz, I have been enjoying Castor bean oil with a splash of peppermint in it. It is very sticky and does not get all over everything. As an enema proceeds with its dribbling or spraying, it seems to pick up some of it and the pleasant cool of the peppermint continues giving for quite a while, till fullness starts to get your attention and you forget about it.
But I recently read where someone was smearing hair conditioner around the rim of their anus. I intend to try that soon.
Anne4joy, thanks for the "comestible oil" word. I had to look it up. First searching, comestible oil, I got an education on vegetable oils.
I have used butter a lot too, but that was mostly when we were still farming. It is still a very healthy choice, especially when you read Optimal health's take on dairy, which was our old product. The stuff sold in stores today parallels the condition of "denatured" alcohol. All Grocery store milk products are fully denatured, except butter and salted butter. It will mold and turn nasty easily, which is a sign of its viable organic nature, in my opinion. When carton-ed milk turn nasty, it is not the same spoilage organisms involved as of real home filtered, cooled and traded milk. Use real butter, but you must quickly refrigerate to play safe, which speaks well for the butter in my opinion.
Coconut oil is easier and more convenient than butter, but very similar from my observations, except not needing extra refrigeration other than that of a modern cupboard.
