I have been through more than 24 years in the education system and no one has taught a class in personal health care! Finally, I am piecing together a plan for caring for ourselves through life.
1: We need to set aside a day for our total health that provides for cleansing of the colon, the skin, prostate care for men, and supplement coaching for both men and women. For the women, even though most states discourage breast massage for ladies, it is important part of body health since a large amount of blood and tissue makes up the breast. A gentle lymph massage would be helpful in moving toxins from the tissue that makes up the breast. Bras inhibit blood flow in the breasts and they need to be released so the tissue can have fresh supply of blood and the lymph system can carry off the waste products. I believe that the rate of cancer of the breasts could be greatly reduced. For the male, a regular prostate massage is important because this area has a very high fractose and blood supply, which makes the prostate an area that provides a place for cancer to start.

Practically every statement you made is completely anecdotal and without any scientific proof.
There is no proof that bras are linked to cancer.
Bras do not inhibit blood flow and they get fresh blood all the time.
Prostate massage is fun for many, but not necessary, ejaculation is much better and also more fun to release prostatic fluids.
The fructose is present because that is the food source for sperm, that isn't why men get prostate cancer. Besides, prostate cancer is generally slow growing and many men who have it, die of something else.
