A favorite fetish of mine is to perform invasive medical exams of my male or female "patients". (All at age 21 -29, gay or straight)
Before I place them, (completely naked - no exam gowns) on the exam table with their legs spread wide open and supported on the knee rests, I satisfy their concern of "what are you going to do to me?" by having them view the instrument trays while I explain what orfice the instrument will be inserted into and what it will feel like as it is inserted and what will follow while it is in them.
The instruments, other than naso gastric tubes, I.V. Lines, catheters and enema equipment are all stainless steel (and very intimidating) -proctoscopes, speculums and spreaders, cystoscopes, anoscopes, assorted urethral sounds, jaw spreaders clamps, etc.
I like to observe their anxiety level increase as it is revealed by a pronounced rapid and shallow breathing rate, a fearful look on their face and often, some (the new ones that haven't experienced it bfore) will actually begin to tremble.
With them properly and safely positioned on the exam table, i perform the "procedures" using most and often all of the instruments on the trays. I do not use anesthesia, stimulants or drugs for any activities.
Occaisionally, when a long time patient arrives, and at their request, we have a pre-procedure "nostalgia" meeting, where we enjoy a choice of alcoholic beverages (mixed drinks, wine, beer) . No drinking to excess is allowed and is limited to no more that two drinks - enough to for them to relax while recalling past experiences - what they liked/disliked, what it felt like, and expected/welcomed suggestions for new instruments and procedures.
A narrative and review of every session is documented in their "Personal Medical Record" on a "Procedure History and Review" patient form, and a printed copy or an entry on a computer flash drive is always offered If requested, I will provide color photos or a video of their session. The videos include full and clear sound and close ups as they may desire. I have a number of "Patients" who arrange for and return to undergo specific procedures of their preference, have no particular choice, randomly select pocedures or undergo what I select for them. Every "Patient" has the right to refuse a procedure or to immediately terminate one in progress. This trust of me is paramount to sucessful current and future session results.
