In Second Life I am "Diane Arizona."
Here is a link to the official Second Life website. http://secondlife.com/
Second Life is a difficult thing to describe. It is an on-line virtual world. It's not exactly a game, as there is no winning, no "object" to being in SL (as we call it) except to enjoy the experience of a "world" where we can do all the things we do in this world plus we can teleport, fly, and all sorts of other amazing things that I wish were possible here. There are opportunities to meet people from all around the world in this virtual space.
You can play in SL for free. My advice is do not buy a premium membership, which costs about ten bucks a month, when you first join. Nor do you want to "buy land" because you aren't really buying anything, just renting lines of code on a computer. Instead, since you don't get wet or cold or hungry in SL, just let yourself be a homeless person until you have found your way around. After a while you'll know enough to make your own choices. You can learn to build your own house, and build anything else you want. You can import images and videos from the real world into SL. You can change your outfit with a couple of keystrokes.
Last year I rented land, and had an underground enema parlor, where people could walk above it and never know it was there. It would also be possible to build such a thing in a "skybox" thousands of meters above the ground. Meanwhile, I was enjoying all the fantasies that real world enemas bring me. Not the sensations, mind you, but the fantasies. That particular "build" is gone now, but I will soon have fun building another.
A friend I met in SL summed it up very well. "Nothing is real in Second Life except the emotions." It's true; you meet people and develop genuine friendships. If you have an argument with someone you experience all the real distress.
There is an entire industry in SL devoted to cybersex. So quit reading my pitiful attempt to describe it, and go check it out for yourself. Before going straight to the enemas, invest an afternoon learning how to run the SL controls and take the very well done tutorials.
And please look me up. If I'm not "on" leave me a message.
Hugs,
Diane
