Half way there

My wife knows that I have a thing for nurses, stethoscopes, and etc. She also has dressed the part for me many times. I hinted a few times to maybe role play with it on and no luck. How do I tell her that I really want her to do an exam me. Although she has said "this must be a you thing", I still think she would have fun with it and maybe even like it done to her.
