I think about being a patient , never being a dr..

Patient more times than not. There is nothing like being examined by fine looking female doctors and nurses in scrubs. However I do not mind being the doctor every now and then.

My fantasy doctor is based on a doctor I had when I was pregnant in Vietnam. About 50, Asian, totally sleazy, poor English, very demanding and forceful, a total lecher as well. I am just a naked white female body to him for his personal enjoyment as he legally orders me around.

My fantasy doctor is a 30ish, intelligent blond long legs, with shoulder length hair, steely grey eyes. She has B/C cup breasts and is wearing light blue OR scrubs and white lab coat. While looking gentle and sweet, she is very caring yet very much in command and control.

If I am the patient, the doctor is male, good looking, very well educated and matter-of-fact. He will explain the procedure or exam that will take place and the reasons for restraining me, always telling me it's for my own good. If I am the doctor, the patient is male, preferably a little older than I and kind of reluctant but willing to obey.

All of my fantasy docs and nurses are younger female friends or coworkers.

My fantasy doctor is at least 5’10” physically fit and very handsome. He is between the age of 35-50, has warm eyes and always smiles when he speaks to me.

His hands are large and strong, but his touch is warm and gentle. Those strong and gentle hands will “linger” slightly longer than necessary during the internal/vaginal portion of my exam. He has a strict and dominant personality. He won’t allow me to beg and plead my way out of any humiliating procedure…such as bending over the exam table so his nurse can insert a rectal thermometer into my bare bottom (while he remains in the room).

He has an authorative tone to his voice that sends a disconcerting chill down my spine when he commands me to “scoot down” or “turn over” or “open wider.”

When he’s finished with my exam, he holds my hand to help me off the table--telling me he’s sorry for any pain or discomfort he caused---but a very thorough and invasive exam really is for my own good!

Absolutely have a favourite. A man, mid 50 - 60's, slightly aloof, starts off with me fully clothed for ear nose and throat exam, then proceeds to have me remove pieces of clothing as he examines me from top to toe. Then a full internal examination of my anus, prostate exam, maybe speculum to open me up. Followed up by an examination of my testes, scrotum and penis. Ending with taking a semen sample.

I get so hot under the collar thinking about it.

That's one of my fantasies too.

I experienced this for real as a 16 year old during a pre employment exam from an Asian Doctor some 40 years ago.

With the exception of a Semen sample, I was very thoroughly examined sexually both internally and externally.

I have always had the utmost respect for Asian Doctors ever since and would dearly love to relive this experience again.

My this is interesting territory indeed for a number of reasons !!

I shall endeavour to explain -- Firstly my personal Physician come GP is also an OB /GYN Specialist as well as a staunch advocate for women's health & long time active supporter of the Australian Cancer Council ... So totally professional woman in every respect & yet such a natural lovely woman in every sense of the word.... Don't come much finer !!.

Now that aside for a moment & apart from the fact that she is exceptionally cute -- geez that's a dumbshit descriptive ---what am I saying ,she's bloody attractive simple as that ...To see her in surgery hours is always & I mean always a pleasure ... Mid to late 40's, 5'7" maybe 5'8" tall , bobbed red /auburn locks, swimming pool green eyes, nice bod (admired that a few times),warm smile - meltdown, gentle electric touch,kind demeanour, calm, very thorough, considerate, respectful to all ---You want a fantasy it's right there in front of you, so yes she appeals in that department..... My fantasy doctor can be a man or a woman. I like them either younger than me or older than me, not near my own age. Now that I'm pushing 40, that usually means younger. They are nice, but don't really care. They seem oblivious to any embarrassment or humiliation they cause me, or pain to some extent. They do what they need to do to my body. Expose it, manipulate it, medicate it, etc. They'll walk me down a hallway naked, wheel me around on a gurney with an erection, weigh me in front of other patients. They are good at their job but that is their only concern.

I've always had this apprehension of having my pcp do a full exam/physical. I go to an ob/gyn but lately have considered having my primary care physician do the exam. I have always been embarrassed of having the doctor that treats my sniffles also examine me fully. I want to be more open and may ask my pcp to do the next examination.

I can enjoy either role but NEVER exchange roles with the same person. For my examiner, I prefer a middle aged or older male or female. I insist on someone who is strictly business and can be cold hearted with regard to my modesty. As patient, I prefer a male under 40 who finds being naked an embarrassment, especially sensitive about exposure of the genitalia. He must be willing to have full body examination and must wear tighty whitie briefs.

Personally for a play exam, I prefer an older distinguished male doctor. I really think it reminds me of my childhood exams. It also has something to do with having to submit to an older male.

One of my dreams being subjected to a procedure by a male doctor of about 40 years and a juvenile 20 years old and an older emfermeira and all me coldly treating me tying on the examination table tearing my clothes ...
