Ok guys, go out and pickup a sleeping domain name and get it on the internet, in the United States. I know what I have to do, just to renew the domain names I manage... It's not the old days anymore, even for a sleeping domain name. As I said, it's only "my two cents" and valid only in the US.
As for getting a low cost item, I don't think so... one could have his/her credit card data stolen that way!!!
