How to Prepare a Coffee Enema the Mae West Way: Recipe
Ingredients:
NOTE: If this is your first time, start with lower amounts of the coffee, salt and baking soda. If you like the effect, you can always add more later.
2 - 4 gently rounded Tablespoons organic light roast coffee
2 quarts clean, filtered water
1 - 2 teaspoons of salt (it is said that Mae West used 1 Tablespoon of salt and 1 Tablespoon of the baking soda)
1 - 2 teaspoons of baking soda
Combining the Ingredients:
Add 2 - 4 gently rounded Tablespoons organic light roast coffee to 2 quarts clean, filtered water. If this is your first time, use less
Bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute, then simmer gently for 15 minutes. Allow to cool to between 100 and 105 degrees F before using.
NOTE: NEVER use a coffee filter, but rather, a fine tea strainer to filter out the coffee grounds!
This is because a filter, even a 'natural unbleached' one, will filter therapeutic compounds out of the coffee.
