Yes i seem to be inco but having a hard time with it.

I have urge incontinence very bad at the moment and with the hot weather I'm off diapers and on to the leg bag.

When my rash has subsided it will be back to diapers again.

I must all so point out that here in the UK they seem very backwards when it comes down to the subject of wee.

Well andy it sucks your inco but sooner or later you do get over it . It is embaressing at best and very embaressing at its worse. I had suffered for many a years with this problem and still do at night.

However i have come to accept that it is what it is and i cannot help it by being upset about it. No matter how hard i wish not to be inco i am and i just deal with it when it rears its wet head LOL. I feel bad for you really i do, but i understand it and know sooner or later it wil be easier for you to do your everyday things like you have always done just with a diaper on is the only diffrence. If you ever need advice or just want to chat about the problems you face with this just mail me and i shall help as much as possible.

Very good point looking!!! Its better for people to think your in a diaper because your but looks like it has one around it , then to have awet spot in front of your pants and people know you wet yourself!!! One way they can only think you might be in a diaper, the other way they will know you need to be in a diaper. yep easy to see whats the better choice here!!!

I have finally accepted that I am incontinent and wear diapers to help control it. I too at times will use a Foley and leg bag to have a break or if I have someplace I need to go that changing diapers wouldn't be a good choice.

I have found that changing a wet diaper is easier than wet pants.

Diapers are just our underwear and so what that we have to change our underwear more than others.
