I am a little surprised by all the comments targeting the fact that the breast reacts to the fact that it is cold in the consultation room.
A priori, a gynecological examination requires the patient to be quite undressed. So I can't imagine this being done in a room where the temperature is too cool.
On the contrary, we tend to overheat the rooms.
I also can't imagine that the professional would take pleasure in exciting the nipple.
It is therefore, in my opinion, a natural reaction of the human body which means that, in some women, palpation of the chest causes a semi-erection of the nipple.
On the other hand, from experience, I note that, since I always start the consultation with the chest, the next step which consists of inserting a speculum into the vagina is facilitated.
We could therefore conclude that palpation of the breasts, which in this case is not sensual, leads to increased lubrication for certain patients.
