For me, a soapsuds enema, after I have it mixed and get the bag hung:Assuming there is no pre-enema and I have already peed.
7 minutes to get into position
5 minutes to get myself relaxed once in position.
1 minute to insert the nozzle and make sure it is pointed at my navel
5 minutes to make sure I can see the digital clock clearly, I can reach the bite rag, and any packaging from the pre-enema is out of the way.
2-3 minutes to make sure I am fully relaxed.
30 seconds to find the valve and put my hand on it
1-2 minutes taking the deepest breaths it's physically possible to take Then a fraction of a second to open the valve.
3 minutes(usually) for the enema to inject.
15 minutes retaining the enema.
20 minutes expelling the enema
10-45 minutes letting my body settle down and mixing the second enema.
As long as the water can flow freely it's not too soapy. I have the soap bars floating in the gallon jugs of water for the next enema whenever that is.
