Upskirt Examinations

I'd definitely like an up skirt exam, but I don't think they're very common around here. I've had the up shirt, where I just had to unfasten my bra for a breast exam (as described in another post), but no upskirt.

I'd quite like to experience an internal exam while standing up, or squatting.. raising your skirt and lowering panties just enough for them to examine you.. maybe for prolapse problems or invontinence.. sounds very intriguing!

I read remembrances of former inmates of "Bon Pasteur" reform schools for wayward teenage girls in France. On the first day they had a gynecological examination (to check for virginity), and it seems that they were asked to remove the panties and later lift the skirt when the pelvic examination was conducted.

Quite common to just raise a skirt or dress to ones waist after removing panties then lie on the couch. No need to undress further in reality though some doctors do say to remove a skirt.

I've never had the benefit but it's another subject I enjoy reading about. I assume it also saves money on cloth and paper gowns.

I accompanied an ex to an exam as a follow up from surgery. Once on the table is was the removal of panties and a raise of the skirt.

The gynecological examination of a patient who would have kept her skirt is not a problem.

It was even a very common practice in the 80s and 90s. At the time some women wore a jumpsuit under their dress and only kept this underwear.

It is true that today most women are completely naked almost even before they have been assigned the examination room. It is undoubtedly a new approach to medical practice.

As soon as the panties are removed, there is no problem in carrying out all the gestures necessary for the examination, including the vaginal examination assisted by abdominal palpation.

For the examination of the chest, we ask to leave the blouse and the bra in order to have perfect access to the breasts.

Personally I'm not bothered by the presence of clothes, you just have to be a little more careful when using dyes on the collar (acetic acid or lugol) to avoid unwanted stains.

In the UK this is encouraged, to reduce the amount of undressing and supposedly the amount of embarrassment. My wife does not wear skirts so wears a dress to appointments. However when she had a pelvic ultrasound she brought a skirt because she would need to pull he to p up for the abdominal part of the scan. This was recommended in the appointment letter she received.

I wear trousers to my medical (it ends with a vulva only exam, the speculum is done on a different day) so I am fully exposed just before and after my vulva exam. My colleagues that wear skirts say they take their knickers off then lift and hold up their skirt so the lady doctor can open their lips.

I’ve seen a lot of doctors over the past decade and I’ve never had anything like that happen to me, even when I had known the doctor for a long time and was pretty comfortable with being exposed in front of them. I second what @lavender6 and others said about how keeping my skirt on and just lifting it for the exam would feel unnecessarily sexual. Don’t get me wrong, feeling sexual is something I love and embrace and endorse but not when I’m having a medical professional do whatever they need to do to me. I a a big fan of playing doctor (or patient), but only with my partner and, when I see a real doctor I expect them to behave like one. Gown and even a sheet to cover my lower body and to minimize exposure are what I consider to be appropriate. The sheet can be skipped but I p to be offer the option.

I would wear a skirt at times and remove my panties for my MD. This was also used with me in my Gynecology Room. All I had to do was pull up my skirt a bit and let my Gynecologist do her work. I never looked at that as sexy. Later in life my husband took care of my medical needs. Easier for me because He's an MD, Doctor himself.

The norm certainly is to do these exams with the patient in just a gown. However certain types of skirts that flair at the bottom are also conducive to do the exams when the panties are removed. I do find the thought of administering the exams with just the skirt on underneath to be somewhat more of a turn on instead of just using a gown. There is more the element of surprise in getting examined with the skirt still on.

Upskirt is much more erotic than undressed with a modesty sheet.

Yes. I wore a dress to my postpartum check and the nurse just told me to remove my panties.

I have never had it done like that. Even when I worked at the OB/GYN clinic I never saw it done like that. There was one doctor who would do a fast postpartum checkup just using his fingers to check if the cervix was returning to normal. But not a full pelvic. We would hand the woman a towel and help her get on the exam table and into the stirrups. He would be done in less than a minute. The other doctors waited for six weeks and do a full pelvic.

My wife for her annual, usually wears a dress.

They instuct her to take off her underwear and unclasp her bra.

She is then given a sheet.

The doctor lifts her dress above her breasts for the breast exam with the sheet covering her lower half.

Then she slides down for the vaginal exam.

I find this all much more erotic than her getting fully undressed!
