There seems to be a lot of contributors from North America- Canada and the US Northern Europe- UK, France, Holland, germany and the like Australia However there does not seem to be many contributors in other parts of the world. Africa, Middle East, Latin America (south america) and the such. Is this due to censorship of this type of material or other contributing factors. thanks EJ

Slightly off topic because I haven't looked at the countries mentioned in the latter part of that quote - but here is a copy/paste of a reply I made to someone asking about population - v - medfetishists on this site. I've edited the reply I made so it makes more sense here.
I found the simple population ratios between the US, UK and Europe quite surprising - maybe others will too.
I think its simply demographics Nichty.
The USA has a population of 307M, Europe (all countries) 852M and the UK 61M. Compared to Europe the USA has a population ratio of near 1:3 and the USA compared to the UK near to 6:1 - virtual total opposites.
That makes Europe the 'left out' geographic area of the three. Considering that Zity hosts 2 major European languages, French and German, I find that surprising. I'd always thought that both France and Germany were into medfet related things more than other countries but the ratio of 1 : 3 says otherwise. We ought to suppose from that that Europe should be better represented here than it is. So yes, the USA does have some dominance over Europe in that respect but is probably on something of an equal footing with the UK
As for the proportion of population - v - medfetishists here I don't think there's a way of knowing if the proportion of Zity.Biz members of different nationalities compares with population but I would suggest that the UK isn't 'behind the door' in that respect. OK, there are sparsely populated areas of the UK that aren't well represented, East Anglia, the South West, Wales and of course your country of Scotland. Certainly l find myself travelling afar to meet, more than locally. Indeed I even travel and examine abroad - admittedly I'm on holiday too!
We could I suppose take a tally of Personal Ads on Zity. But how representative of the total membership is that, either numerically or of the inclination to post a Personal Ad?
I guess its something we'll never know Nichty - we just have to work at it - and I'm pleased to have met, and still meet, some really wonderful people.
Returning perhaps to the Topic. Africa is probably 75 :25, illiterate to literate, probably moreso in respect of computer literacy and internet availabilty. People in the Middle East will likely be repressed in terms of expressing their medfet interests for fear of Islamic law. South Americans are in the main financially poor and devoutly Catholic too. So, there are many reasons for scant membership in those areas of the globe.
But lets make one thing clear, wherever you go in the world you're likely to find the same proportion of people interested in medical fetishes, overtly or covertly in total. It's just that in different countries circumstances dictate whether they are visible or not.
